it seems like the game i was in just crashed

My friend and i were in a game of urf nothing unusual when suddenly we both get the attemting to reconnect screen on our game. thought nothing of it since these things happen from time to time and maybe there was an update. so we both tried to reconnect to the game but it keeps coming up with a message of "Unable to connect to the server. Please check your network connection and attempt to reconnect to your game." looked at the server status and everything seems alright, but were both still trying to leave. restarted the client but it only came up with the "Reconnect" button and if i press that the message from before pops up. Been in this game for over an hour now. Send help
