Not receiving IP

Ever since the change to masteries i have not been receiving any ip for the games played. Ive played about 5-7 games since the change and i have not received any ip for any of them.

you get xp after every game, you get BE(formerly ip) when you level up and disenchant the shards

Yes i understand but i am not getting any blue essence.... Now do you only get them when you level up?
