[CLIENT] Splash arts in Team Bulider

Splash arts of champions in team bulider are (probably) too big and don't fit in their frames (right side ones). Your chamipon is not influenced by it, only other people's champs.

Reproducing: 1.Just join team bulider

Ps. You clearly can see this bug when you are in queue with Vayne or Lee Sin.
