[GAMEPLAY] Gangplank Q/Sheen Bug

[GAMEPLAY] Gangplank's Q can grant free sheen procs on dying targets

On Gangplank with a sheen or other spellblading item, targeting an enemy with Q right before they die will cause gangplank to recieve a free sheen proc on his next basic attack, without Q going on Cooldown or costing Gangplank mana.

1. Build Sheen
2. Wait until an enemy target is about to die
3. Use Q on the target as it dies.
4. Gangplank's gun will click and the channel will cancel, you will now have a sheen proc on you next basic attack.
