[Gameplay] Soraka ult cooldown reset to normal in URF after ulting in base

Was playing URF mode as Soraka. I ulted immediately after respawning in base, then noticed a long cooldown on it. It's supposed to be around 20-30 seconds. I don't know if it can be repeated or what exactly caused it, sorry!
