Remake doesn't work

ADC never connected, we even had the message pop up to suggest that we remake, all 4 of us tried it and it wouldn't let us. Yay for wasting the only 45 minutes i had to play tonght :)

Kept getting the message "Remake is only available at 3:00" which we tried at 2:xx and 3:xx and all throughout the game.
