Xerath Bug

So i was just playing a game, and my q got disabled for some reason, it didn't get silenced and than just stay that way, it just happened. I would click it and press q and it would make the clicking sound and nothing would happen. This happened after i died about 40 minutes in a 50 minute game and my other abilities worked fine. I was using a skin, the green one, in case its a skin related bug. Another thing is when i was using the skin for xerath and i used zhyonas he is still green, i don't know if hes supposed to be green or gold, i just thought i would let you know.
