Locking In/ Banning Phase Issue

Since this recent update I have been experiencing issues regarding the locking in phase and banning of draft pick. On my screen the timer may either stop of carry on while my button can either be un-clickable or it allows it to be clicked but never locking me in. Tus resulting in my second doge in a row and a 15 minute delay with my friends. My internet, I've been led to believe in the New Orleans area, is being throttled by the isp Cox, but who knows. All I know is the punishment and the bug preventing me from play.
