[Gameplay] Characters disappear after death and disconnection

During a custom game practicing with Lucian, I was lagging due to a poor internet connection and died to the enemy bots. Shortly after death, I got the "attempting to reconnect" screen for about a minute or two. Shortly before I reconnected, the screen went to shades of yellow instead of black and white. Like an old cowboy photo. When I reconnected, I waited for my death clock to hit zero so I could respawn. Only, when I respawned my Lucian character was gone. I clicked to move like normal, but my character never appeared. There wasn't even a sign of any champs other than the enemies on the minimap. I started attacking minions like normal and eventually managed to attack enemy champions. But when I moved, things didn't light up like they are supposed to when you move, giving you vision. Mobs in the jungle would appear as if given vision, but the surrounding jungle would stay dark. Enemy champs and minions still attacked me like normal, but I couldn't see myself nor could I see my ally champs. When I spoke with my roommate about this, he said he experienced something similar during a custom game as well. I don't know if this has happened during any regular games for other players, but I thought I would report it just in case.

I don't know if recreating it would work in a normal game, but in a custom game...

1. Pick a champion, any champion. So far it has worked with Lucian and Nami. So I am assuming this works with any champ.
2. Go into a custom game.
3. Die to enemy champs
4. Lose internet connection for about a minute, maybe two.
5. Come back into game and wait for the remainder of the deathclock to tick down
6. ?
7. Profit

My roommate said he got his bug when he disconnected without dying. He disconnected, the champ disappeared and he hit spacebar to find where Nami was. But when it went to where it was supposed to be, Nami wasn't there. So he backed, thinking she'd show up at base. But she didn't. And the camera got stuck on the base.

So it seems to reoccur under different circumstances but every time it seems to be when internet disconnects. I hope Riot can manage to fix it. Kind of hard to practice with a new champ when you can't even see them.
