report a bug or hack on yorick

This guy was dealing unbelievable true damage during the game. only 25 mins, he dealed 119371 damge and 100100 is true damge. this guys only had muramana, phage and sheen these damage items. in this game, master yi got 19kills and had almost full items. with the e true damge, master yi only dealed 103.4k true damge, and this is acceptable, but yorick with no items deal almost the same true damage. this is so weird. I hope roit can check on this and find out what happen to him.

i check many games of his. only recently 5 games he deals tons of true damge. However, his yorick deals much less damage that should be reasonable in the earlier games. I REALLY hope roit can fix this, this is so unfair and unaccpetable for other players.
