Kled 4th Auto on W failing to proc Tiamat/Titanic and Percent Health Calculation Inconsistent

anthonydivine··1 votes·503 views

The Tiamat and Titanic Bug happens every once and awhile. If this happened in a teamfight and the casters noticed they may have had to remake(but I don't know how they decide those). https://youtu.be/vR2z4k311k4?t=35m39s

Percent Health runes do not count Skaarl's health when calculating the added Percent Health while Titanic Hydra counts Both Kled and Skaarl's health bars.
