XIN ZHAO BUG - PATCH 6.18

what it does is when you use xin's Q on an Inhibitor and the nexus it will have the q damage increase stay until the ability wears off. the 3 talon strike will not proc and it will keep adding the CD reduction everytime you hit the inhibitors/nexus while q is active. they video showing the bug on the Inhibitors and the nexus can be seen here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCCu4h1Gukk
