Gold Coin Bug [Gameplay]

I noticed my gold item, Talisman of Ascension was not adding gold to the completion of it's Quest, along with that the tool tip claimed that I would be receiving -.10 gold per coin I collected (this was not the case, I was collecting 40G a coin at that point)

My item build can be seen in the attached image,

Runes were x9 gold yellows, x9 CDR reds, x9 flat mana blues x3 Gold Quints

Masteries were: 18/6/6 Fury, Fresh Blood, Natural Talent, Battle Trance, Piercing Thoughts, Warlords Savagery, Assassin Recovery, Explorers.

I have not attempted to repeat this bug at this time.
