Can't enter client

So when i click on the league of legends icon it opens the client to the screen displayed in the first link (file:///Users/alexusatin/Desktop/Screen%20Shot%202017-08-12%20at%2012.54.08%20PM.png) and then i click okay and it brings me to the screen on the second link (file:///Users/alexusatin/Desktop/Screen%20Shot%202017-08-12%20at%2012.54.08%20PM.png). Then, i click on restart and it restarts the client and when i open the client I am back on the screen with the screen from link 1 again. It is a never ending cycle that I cannot get out of. What can I do?

PS; I didn't know how to put 2 links in the link bar so i put them in the description
