Dear Riot 'Full of bugs' Games

We all know that the EUW servers are terrible and that there are so many issues with them, but it is starting to get on my nerves. But there is ONE thing that is WORSE. THE GOD DAMN LEAGUE OF LEGENDS CLIENT, it is TERRIBLE.

Sometimes it just disconnects and shuts off and then it's IMPOSSIBLE to boot it back up. (because it detecs a different client that's on, WHICH THERE ISN'T) And then we have something new that I, myself, have felt a few times. The "An unknown DirectX error has occurred and League of Legends cannot start. Please make sure your video card is using the latest video drivers from the manufacturer." bullshit.

After playing a few games, I just want to start another one and this crap pops up, leaving me unable to play. All my drivers are updated and so is DirectX. This crap ruins an ENTIRE GAME and what is worse is the LOWER QUEUE PENALTY. It starts with a 5 min penalty for 5 games but it gets worse and may become 20 mins penalty for 5 games. I've had 2 games in a row now with this bullshit glitch and I'm tired of it. Riot is pissing me off and the day that I see a 20 min penalty on my game, will be the day that I uninstall.

I expect from riot to fix this issue and remove the lower queue from my account. It is bullshit and it's because of the client, not my pc.
