Game Crash, Now LoL will not work.

Was playing Poro game mode earlier today (12/25/14) on the N.A. server. Game froze, had to exit game through Task Manager, tried to restart game, will not restart. So I Uninstalled and now attempting to Reinstall LoL. Every time at 75% it has a Error and does not properly finish downloading. Any suggestions or help?
