Can’t install the game

I’ve been trying to install league for 6 hours, but the amount of MB installed is increasing at the same rate as the amount of MB needed to complete the download. It started out as 0MB/1000MB, and now it is at 1000MB/2000MB. Is there a reason for that? The second number shouldn’t increase it makes no sense. And I have 16GB RAM so that shouldn’t be an issue
