xin zhao permanent Q

I just played a game with xin zhao as jungler and I skilled my q skill first and it just activated itself and everytime I hit someone it activated itself and the second hit knocked my enemy in the air (not the 3rd). So every hit I made was with the q bonus damage and the 2nd hit knocked the enemy up and when I knocked him up the q skill activated itself again without any cooldown. A Ashe I played with had some bugs, too in the same game but I don't know what they were
