old bugs.

so i've decided out of curiosity to play in NA server instead of EUW for a while, see if gameplay is any different.

however! i've discovered bugs that were LOOOOOOOOONG fixed on EUW O.o bugs like black rune slots while in loading, or invisible items in item set creation, and even the ''attempting to reconnect'' bug without being able to reconnect even though the internet connection is fine [sg-ahri-1]

i alwasy thought NA recieved the patches/fixes first or at least the same patches/bug fixes simultaneously????? riot what is this???????
