"LOLClient.exe has stopped working" error after clicking LAUNCH in the patching screen

1.) Click the LolClient.exe on desktop (running administrative or not 2.) quickly checks over the downloaded files to verify im patched up. (equipt with all the latest client news, champ rotation, patch notes, etc) 3.) Orange "LAUNCH" button is availible and i click it 4.) sound plays 3/4ths way though an BOOM 5.) Error message pops up saying only the following and giving only the two [options] locate below:

     LoLClient.exe has stopped working
      windows can check online for a solution to the problem

    [Check online for a solution and close the program]
    [Close the program]

6.) i cry

Ok so i was playing fine earlier, took a break and this is what i come to. I've tried a different solutions I've seen work for others but it seems NOTHING fixes this problem. There was no patch i had to obtain seeing as though i played a few hours ago still 6.12. I've tried the following:

1. following D:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.1.203 and then Deleting the two files "Releasemanifest" + "S_OK"
2. Going to the properties tab of LolClient.ece and changing the compatability mode
3. using riots repair tool in the client
4. uninstalling it completly and reinstalling it after a restart 5)deleting various files and updating them back (like 30 different combos found on the web and done in frustration)
5. Smashing my keyboard on my tears and throwing my mouse at my poster of phreak

Please help! ive tried and tried but nothing, all resolves in the same problem. Any suggestions? i just want to play
