Endgame Lobby IP/Mastery Level window - empty?

I don't have a picture, because it never occurred to me until now, and I'm repairing my client in case that's the issue, but whenever a game ends, the top window where it shows how much IP/mastery level experience I've gained, or my win/loss record for that game type is completely empty. It shows the background normally, but that's it. Everything else on my end-game lobby is still there, such as stats in all 3 tabs. It's just the top portion. I'm still getting the IP/Mastery levels, though I don't see it myself. I know this because in my friend's post game lobby it notified everyone when I reached mastery level 4, but it didn't show that in my own chat. Anyone else having this issue?
