[Client] Freezes Right After Preferred Pick At Draft Quene.

So with my friends playing, and as the title said I would pick my preferred champion and then after a bit my client freezes. The timer stops at 28sec every time, and the whole client is frozen. This started happening a month or so, and at first I thought it was one of the earlier bugs of the new client, However this issue isn't being fixed. Today this happened twice in a row, I went to draft with friends screen froze, then we waited 5min. Then another quene and the same thing happens. I ended up not playing for the rest of the day because I didn't want to waste everyone's time.
