Soraka receives healing if Starcall is blocked by Spell Shield.

Issue Description:

• If the User blocks Soraka's Starcall as Sivir, the damage done to Sivir is blocked, but Soraka still gains health.

Description: If Soraka Starcall is blocked by Spell Shield, she receives health anyway.

Steps to reproduce:

Pick Sivir on one team and Soraka on the other. Take Spellshield on Sivir and Starcall on Soraka. As Soraka, cast Starcall so that it will hit Sivir. Before Starcall lands, cast Spell Shield as Sivir. Observe that the damage dealt by Starcall is blocked, but Soraka still receives health.

Expected result: When Starcall is blocked by Spell Shield, Soraka receives no health.

Observed result: The Damage from Starcall is blocked by Spell Shield, but Soraka still receives health. Reproduction rate: 10/10
