FPS Drop

So my FPS after 9.10 would hover around 10-15 fps giving me a super choppy experience that I never had before. I play on a potato basically but I feel like nothing huge was added to cause this so suddenly, I reverted to a different screen resolution which is very unsatisfying, not really sure if this has been a common thing or not, but figured I would post it and see, hopefully it can be fixed, if not, well, time for an upgrade from this potato anyway.
