[Gameplay] Tahm Kench can not use Devour on allied Twisted Fate

In a recent game I came across a bug as Tahm Kench , where during the Game i could not use my Devour on my allied Twisted Fate . Abyssal Voyage on the other hand worked just fine. For solving purposes I have linked the game in which the bug occured. I hope this bug can be fixed.
