QSS might be able to completely remove Veigar ult.

I had a Xayah in my game use QSS right before Veigar ult and it just disappeared, she did this up to 4 times in the game and didn't use the ult for it.

tested this a million times and an extra dozen for assurance in a custom. Never happened once.

I mean I guess I couldn't replicate your conditions exactly as you're on EUW and for all I know there's a bug in the deployment there but unlikely

I have no idea bro, might be last patch as it was on that patch, might also be related to champions in the game?
