Bug in newest patch

I played a blind pick match just fine, then trying to play a second one, everything is fine until I get into lane, then it freezes up. I'm about to get a kill, freezes up. And by freezing, I mean everyone is standing playing their idle animations, and my clicks don't move anything. I has gotten now where I try to reconnect, and just does it when I take 2 steps.

So, guess I have to take a penalty for leaving a game cause of this?
