[GAMEPLAY] Imperial Lux Lucent Singularity is invisible

Hello,

As the title states, Lux's lucent singularity is invisible when using that skin. The distortion for the ground texture shows up, but the actually ball of light does not. Counterplay is very difficult because spotting the skill is hard. Once the skill stops moving, the distortion does not appear and therefore she can lay it out and wait for it as a trap.

Steps to recreate:

1. Play a game with or as Lux
2. Press e.
3. ???
4. PROFIT

Recommend disabling skin until the issue is fixed.
