Item - The Dark Seal
Game mode : Co-op vs. AI Map : Summoner's Rift Difficulty : Intermediate
I bought "the dark seal" like first item. When I gained some stack, I noticed that my ability was raising (like intented) but the tooltip (when you mouse over the item icon) stay at +0. The problem disappear when you upgrade it to Mejai's Soulstealer.
