Not all icons are in the "Mystery Icon" Box

@Riot I own all the icons in the store and extra. Right now however when i purchase a mystery icon box i can because it says theres no pool. But there are still the icons from this years Cats vs Dogs, and the new chibi faction icons(which you could get in the mystery icon box before) that i dont own. I was wondering when these were going to get included into the Mystery icon box? I remember this happened in previous essence emporiums. Thanks :P
