New SR Beta Connection issue

I was playing a game of team-builder to test out the new map and right after I got to lane to try and fight my opponent I get constant attempting to reconnect issues. I don't disconnect or crash, I just occasionally see people move on the map and stuff happens, I just can't move more than a few steps before locking up. It's like I'm in spectate or something and I had to unfortunately ditch my team. I have a video attached if that helps, it's not very interesting, but I can provide more info if needed. Thanks!
