Riot Bug Problems on Mac that Lead to LOW PRIORITY QUEUE = Permanent Ban?

For the past four days I'm not allowed to join ranked and normal games because of low priority queues. It happened because unfortunately there have been bugs and unnecessary lags during my games that lead to an AFK (I did not get lagged from internet problems).

It happened three times on three of my ranked games and I don't deserve to be punishable because I've never left the game on purpose.

Every time I've waited five minutes on my Low Priority queue, it suddenly goes back to it's original five-minute wait time. I've waited almost an hour to start playing, but it seems like it will never let me play any ranked/normal games.

I wish Riot would report on league that they'll fix these problems and give people who have a low priority queue another chance until the problems are solved. I don't know if it's only a Riot Bug problem on Macintosh, since I play with a mac, or a problem on Linux and Windows as well.

But, I hope the situation of unreasonable bugs, lags, and priority queues that might be a permanent ban to be perfectly over with and fixed. Thank you Riot Company, and I hope anyone who read this have a great day.
