Able to play Ranked games while restricted.

Somehow I was able to play a couple ranked days today even tho I have a restriction. Whenever I pressed the ''Look for a team'' thing on ranked it said I wasnt able to play, yet when I selected normals blind pick, champ select poped up as a Ranked game.
