Cant auto attack minions

I have been playing league for about 3 years kinda off and on. Recently i wanted to start playing again, so I did. Installed the client, updated the game, invited some friends, and started a game. It was an enjoyable game until i couldn't auto attack the minions. I tried changing the keybind and nothing. Finished out the game thinking it was just a glitch in the 1 game. Played another game and it happened again. I don't understand none of my friends have gotten this glitch and it really makes me mad. I uninstalled the client and reinstalled played 1 game fine. Played another and guess what, the glitch came back. I really dont know what to do and i really what to go back to the good old days of actually having fun but i cant so does anyone know a fix?????

Make sure that your attack champions only button isn't being held down by some mysterious force.

if a reinstall didn't fix it then the problem doesn't lie with league

Buy a new mouse (if you are playing with one). A tried and true method is, if you aren't sure what the problem is, start with the easiest or cheapist thing to fix. You can get a run of the mill mouse from Target or Walmart for probably around $20. (If you're using a trac-pad...then you have a separate issue)
Double check that the driver for your mouse is up to date. Often, PCs don't always install every update for hardware/software you have installed. Sometimes they require your input before they can be added. (contact the help services of your PC OS, as they will have an easier time helping you with something like that)
Send in a ticket to Riot. It seems like such a weird step, but it could be somewhat League related. Go to the main League site and look for the support option. There you can submit a request. Technical issue seems to be the route you want to go. Make sure you add in a subject. "Unable to auto attack minions.". Describe exactly what is going on and what steps you have taken to try and rectify it. This is an in-game issue and a performance issue. Fill out everything else you need then send the ticket out. Someone should get back to you within a few days.
