Cant start a game in a low priority queue

Hello, about 2 days ago I got punished for afk and got into a low priority queue, but every time I start a game it pops a window saying "Trying to connect" and resets my queue. I tested my network and it works fine, I also tried to re-install and it didn't work too.

same thing to me. riot is a joke. they let all the trolls get away with anything but we suffer.
