[GAMEPLAY] Teemo Ultimate Bug In Howling Abyss

On Teemo when playing in a 1v1 custom match on Howling Abyss I was against a friend playing Ahri and I came across a bug in which if Ahri was hit by my mushroom at any time during her life, and if she went to commit suicide at the tower when I was dead, I would still receive the kill, no matter how long she waited. It seems as though the mushroom debuff was still on, but no damage or slow. This happened multiple times throughout the match.
