I didn't receive my skin

A friend of mine gifted me Odyssey Yasuo skin.I waited for 5-4 hours and the skin didn't arrive.Also I can't open my notification bar.Help me I'm worried sick :(

Send in a support ticket! Your skin more than likely isn't lost.

I can't do that.Is there a method someone can gift it back?

Er, I'm not sure why you're unable to send in a support ticket - it's basically your only option to recover the skin. There is no form of refunding a gifted skin or the likes. If you can't open your notification bar, maybe just check your collection and see if it's showed up yet. Notifications are really buggy and sometimes just don't appear at all for gifts.

Thanks but the notification bar isn't clickable.I submitted a ticket and I'm still waiting.Please help with the notofication bar.

I can see that you're EUNE, but is it possible to click this link (https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and get to the site? If you're in EUNE itll probably send you to the eune version of this.

Once you get there you should write a ticket to Riot support because I dont think anyone here can help you with your skin issue. These boards are for bugs with the client, game, etc
