I didn't receive my skin
A friend of mine gifted me Odyssey Yasuo skin.I waited for 5-4 hours and the skin didn't arrive.Also I can't open my notification bar.Help me I'm worried sick :(

Send in a support ticket! Your skin more than likely isn't lost.
I can see that you're EUNE, but is it possible to click this link (https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) and get to the site? If you're in EUNE itll probably send you to the eune version of this.
Once you get there you should write a ticket to Riot support because I dont think anyone here can help you with your skin issue. These boards are for bugs with the client, game, etc
