Sion q getting canceled by Camille ult.
I was playing Sion in ranked and got matched up against a Camille. I started my q and if she ulted my q instantly got canceled and I would start moving. This happened every time.

Yeah, it does that to quite a few abilities. Sion does have the Q cancel refund to 2 seconds. So Sion has it better than most.

The Hextech Ultimatum
Camille leaps untargetable toward the target enemy champion.
When she lands, she creates a locked, hexagonal zone around the target for a duration, interrupting them and knocking away all other nearby enemies on impact.
This is intended, her ult has a very brief silence that cancels any channeling abilities.
