Blocked player entered two of my games

[CLIENT] Had a certain player blocked after a terrific display of their lack of gameplay and lack of regard for warnings.

The blocked player was able to enter into TWO of my promo games, which we lost spectacularly due to their ineptness. (once as jg, the next as ADC)

I had the player blocked for a reason and they were still tossed into a team with me the first time. The second occurrence (the next game after) they showed up on my team AGAIN! and did the same bad plays.

There is a reason I block certain players is because I DO NOT want to encounter them again...EVER.

The blocked player system needs a looking into...

I am very mad for this and it happened on my birthday, a feeder who I had blocked ruined what should have been an enjoyable evening.
