my client is totally crashing

whenever i login to my account "or any another" the home page cannot be loaded also all functions cant click play cant start game cant chat or do anything my ms is : 50-150 my memory ram is :16 ddr 3 my nividia card is :2 GB my windows is :7 ultimate x64 i can wait about 15 mins to do one single function such as clicking on "play " and i may cannot see the "accept " pop up and the seconds counter stops !! please please help
