The New client is really slow

So I decided to try out the new client again (tried it before a couple months ago and it would drop my fps), and I still am experiencing fps drops. I really do hope you guys can fix this because it affects how I play the game and it pretty much makes the game unplayable ( I play adc so I need to kite and if I don't my team flames me). I understand that it is partly my computers fault, but other friends say they are experiencing this type of lag too. Please get this fixed so I can go back to playing the game I love with the community I hate.
