[GAMEPLAY] bugs about damage calculation of illaoi and yorick

I had seen it several times now. At the end of the game, there is a game stat. And in the stat, the damage of yorick and illaoi are more than 300k while the second highest damage in the team is around 10k. Hence I think it is impossible for this two champion to have such a high damage. Also the damage taken have the wrong stat too.
