Ult knocked up and went on cooldown but did not grant bonus HP

Strange, I thought Lulu ult knocks up longer than that.
It's possible that Lulu's ult's health portion of the spell is slightly delayed compared to the knockup effect. After all, it looked like Yasuo's damage went off a nano-second after he got knocked up by the ulti. Since the ult went on cooldown AND Yasuo got knocked up, I can only explain this phenomenon by the health having a delay.
