[GAMEPLAY] Baron Nashor heling himself in combat

Apparently baron nashor can "himself" while in combat. After some research i found out that baron is supposd to get 180 max hp per minute, so in the provided example you can see that exactly at 26:00 he gets +180 current hp.

The big problem here of course is that it screws up smites to secure baron, i don't exactly know if it's always the case that the life gets added to current hp when he is in combat, but if it is i think it should be changed to add only to max hp.
