Problems with /remake option

Hello RIOT Staff & Public, I dont know if any of you have had this issue, but yesterday it happened to me. I was playing in a ranked game Solo Queue and we had an afk. Not so uncommon these days, but praise the lord we have the /remake function to prevent a 99% lost game. So em the 3rd minute mark passed as the Olaf didnt move a centimetre from the circle of the base (ussly where d/c people spawn), nor buy any items, yet we didnt get the notifaction text reminder for the remake option. When i tried to proc the remake it said somthink like "In order to remake a game a player must be AFK or Disconnected" or somthing like that. So i would appreciate if you guys could look in to it, or give me some answers to why it might have happened. PS: I can also provide a replay, which can prove the afk/dc Olaf didnt do any activity. Sometimes players will intently go "afk" after the timer runs out. I agree its irritating and riot should consider tweaking the system to detect unusual behavior and disqualify a game. However, this could be abused unfortunately. I think loosing the rules of remake a couple of minutes or perhaps, even better, allowing it no matter what up to 3 minutes will help deal with trolls that int. Then the troll can be reported at the end via the normal procedure, capturing the pregame chat. If you add this, it prevents queue dodges at the start, and holds trolls accountable (subject to reporting) without harming someone that chooses to dodge for the team.
