MB1 INPUT BUG, VIDEO EVIDENCE PROVIDED

I am paralyed IRL so I need advice setting move click to MB1, I got it workimg again and now my player is stuttering. I Had it working before but I logged into a different account & it just stopped working. I have reinstalled&deleted, Still ;'[ @RiotSupport Told me to send to Riot support, and they told me to post it here!

In this video where I go over the input and PersistedSetting to show you what is happening. No matter whether I delete the input notepad or Psetting they both get remade and the issuwhich used to be the only settings file. Now we have persisted settings and also persre presists. I have reinstalled after deleting everythiyng. I do see the functionality in these files but it makes it very difficult to add scripts in the input file that cannot be remapped such as MB1 inside LoL when the scripting that requires C++ to open overrides the input file that was the go to edit file. Everything I should and could be fixed by add a left hand mode or allow windows left hand mode to work and switch it fro MB1 to right or left click, because those inputs are changeable on the computer setting. I am lucky I know coding because this should not be that hard to remap MB1. If the problem is lose of a select click, have it be a toggle to switch where MB2 cannot be remapped so there is always one protected MB function. Ty for listening just wanting to help. There are more then just disable people who need accessibility it is left handed people too, and this is the biggest game in the world.
