Anyone else coming across this Client bug?

Okay so as of the start of 9.14 I've been experiencing a bug on the client, the bug goes as this, whenever i queue up or am just browsing the sections of the client it disconnects then reconnects to the server and if I'm in queue it resets my queue timer and counts it as if I'm dodging queues, I know this sounds like my wifi is the problem but when i can manage to play a game , either bots or TFT cause the queue times are so low, I experience no hiccups or problems, it's only on the client that I experience this, not even on other games do i have this problem, For example i play Stardew valley on co-op and I barely get lag or any problems like I do on the client, and I now for a fact its nothing on my end because everything else works perfectly, only the client gives problems, If you're experiencing this as well or something similar please leave a comment about it or upvote so some one at riot might see this and for the record I've turned in a bug report a few days after it started and I was sure it wasn't on my end and haven't gotten any sort of response or answer at all

Edit: Okay so I can't play TFT either because the client doesn't recognize the end of the game when i try to leave after dying early in like 5th or 6th place and won't let me join any other type of game even if it lets me change the game mode I plan to play
