[GAMEPLAY] Neeko Passive (Disguise) Exploit to hide Level, HP and Mana

Neeko can exploit her disguise ability (Inherent Glamour) to prevent enemies from seeing her true level, hp and mana, appearing to be level locked, with full hp and mana.

Steps to reproduce with 100% reliability:

1. Pick Neeko
2. While in the fog of war (as seen from the enemy team), disguise yourself as any champion from your team.
3. While still in the fog of war, use an ability that removes the disguise (e.g. press q).
4. Congratulations, your enemies will now forever see you at the level you are currently at, with full hp and mana.

Well, until you disguise again within their vision, at least. You'll know you did it correctly if your enemies see you as Neeko, but with a different name. Note that this is visual only and only bugged for the enemy team, meaning you and your allies will still see your actual level, hp and mana.

I've seen many posts regarding this bug, but none that provided reproducible steps. Nevertheless, I've also linked a video to the bug happening in a game.
