Shop Bugs

Whenever I go into the League of Legends store in the LoL Client, it bugs and nothing shows up. It says to restart my client and I do. It also says to come back later and I come back an hour later, it still bugs. It works sometimes, but most times it doesn't work AT ALL. Please fix because it really frustrates me.
