[Client] - Popular recurring champion select bug

I've been in 4 separate ranked champion select lobbies where someone has dodged to the inability to lock in. The first 2 times it happened it was on the other team and i just assumed it was a mistake of mistimed lock ins, the normal accidents, but the following 2 times it was a teammate complaining that they couldn't lock in their pick and claimed "lag" was responsible. The 4th time my teammate explained that they could not lock in and it was not a connection issue but a bug/problem with the champ select system and i'm certain that the first 2 dodges were the same problem. Within 6 minutes of each other i had 4 dodges which is a bit suspicious, so im holding off in ranked til its situated or im told that what i saw was all a coincidence.
